Dear Sir/Madam,

 INVITATION TO SUBMIT YOUR BID  AND SUPPLY  2015/2016

I wish to inform your esteem company about a tender supply in the
African Union  Communities  Project  implementation Authority
(AUCPIA)here in Ghana.

Are you a manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor, sales agent or sole
Entrepreneur? There is an  ongoing Tender/ Bidding in the African
Union  Communities  Project  implementation Authority for the supply
of your company Products to Ghana and some  Regions, and different
products other (AUCPIA)

GENERAL TERMS:
Companies must submit with their bid the latest
specification/QUOTATION of the Products or Equipment they propose to
furnish.

This supply is for companies whose products meets international
standard and willing to apply for tender bid.

Terms of payment;If the Order is given to you, An upfront payment of
70% (T/T) will be made to your account, while 30% will be paid before
shipment.

If your company is interested to work with us kindly get back to us
for details and how to proceed.

Remember that i am a commission agent registered with African Union
Communities  Project  implementation Authority.I source Suppliers
within and outside then Country. I will stand here as your
representative/local agent and will  have 3% commission of the total
Supply amount. This means that you have to increase the price a little
to accommodate my 3% commission outside of your own profit.

NOTE: your company shall do official Tender registration of your
company with the Authority (AUCPIA) as a foreign bidder/supplier for
their legitimate participation for the bid.

If you received an email like this you have several choices.

Ignore the scammer. Do not respond to emails. Just delete them.
Respond, but only to lead the scammer on--to get a counterfeit check, to report stolen credit card numbers, and to waste the scammer's time. Time spent trying to scam you is time not spent scamming someone else.
Report the scammer to us and we'll post their emails so others will know about that scammer.

Whichever option you choose make sure you do the following:

DO NOT educate the scammer in any way. Educating a scammer makes them better at scamming the next person.
DO NOT let the scammer know that YOU KNOW they are a scammer. The scammer will always be nice to you if they think there's a chance they may still be able to scam you. If they know they've been discovered they will often threaten you. Their threats are empty, but are scary to some people.
DO NOT give the scammer any personal information that they cannot find in a phone book (name, address, and phone.) Feel free to give them lots of incorrect information.
