Mr. Pinball Tip:

Using flashing lamps in electro-mechanical games dresses them up very well. #455 flashing lamps usually do not belong on the playfield. Behind the backglass they usually appear behind the machine name. Williams drilled saucers into the areas behind the backglass where flashers were intended. Gottlieb usually used flashers in the 'Last Ball in Play' and 'Game Over' backglass sockets.
