When restoring a playfield, just before sealing, relettering makes a good
restoration perfect. One easy way to reletter is to use vinyl letters.
These letters are available from stationary stores. Be sure to obtain a
variety of small vinyl letters and numbers that match the lettering on your
game. This shouldn't be very hard since most available letting will be a
close match.
Place the letters one by one on the playfield. With these vinyl letters, if
one is misaligned or crooked, you can easily peel it off and try it again
until you get it right.
