Fuses are not cheap. I use a number of different circuit breakers (1, 2,
5 AMP, etc) rather than glass fuses when I'm tracking down a nasty short.
The CB "blows" and I just reset till I've diagnosed the reason for the
short. These are the small CB's, about 1.5" x 2", costing about $1-2 each
from part supply houses.
