Repair of a severely battery-damaged boards can go on and on. Even after you
have removed all the corrosion, and repaired all the damaged components, the
mere flow of electricity on the board may activate more corrosion causing
further failure. It is possible to repair these boards, but just because
you fixed it once doesn't mean it won't fail soon.
