On Williams and Bally games since 1993 Twilight Zone the US ROM set does not
allow for a quarter per play pricing. This was intended to encourage higher
pricing. It succeeded in making operators and collectors angry. The most
common method to allow a quarter per play is to put a jumper across the two
coin switches such that when one switch is tripped, both are detected.
