Don't let your CPU board be the victim of battery leakage. Remove the
battery while it is still good and solder it to two wires long enough to
reach to the bottom of the back box. Use one of the wire bundle clamps from
the back box lighting panel and use it to secure the battery to the wood
somewhere where it won't do any harm if it does leak.
