Mr. Pinball Tip:

Gottlieb System 1 style flipper setscrews seem to get 'frozen' in their threads. Impossible to break loose with the Allen wrench. Use a T10 Torx that is rated for impact driver use. It will be stronger than a regular Torx and comes mounted with a small inch long extension. Insert it into the setscrew with strong hammer taps, exert downward pressure and break loose using a 3/8 ratchet or breaker bar. It takes a lot of force to break the setscrews free but seems to work even if the setscrew is a bit rounded out. The hammer blows probably help too.
