ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS
Over recent years, the once-simple coffee shop has become a highly specialized, expensive, and sometimes confusing place. Whether you're in the market for drinks, beans, or coffee merchandise, the consumer is always bombarded with conflicting instructions about what to like, what to buy, how to store it, and how to drink it. At Salt Lake Roasting Co., we simply want you to enjoy your coffee, and to this end we try to provide as much information as possible. Please always feel free to ask us questions. Ask us how to grind and brew your beans at home so that they taste as delicious as our in-house brews. Ask us about the factors that determine the price and availability of your favorite coffee. As us about buzzwords like 'Certified Organic,' 'Shade-Grown,' and 'Sustainable Harvest'-sometimes designations such as these can be used as marketing ploys and do not adequately describe the growing conditions of coffee. Keep in mind that all businesses do things differently; however, our opinions and advice to you is based on over 30 years of focused, personalized experience.
