Mr. Pinball Tip:

A standard compact disc can be used as a quick and easy template for cutting out slingshot mylar protectors. The diameter of the CD is very close to the width of most slingshot bumpers. Trace an outline of the CD on the back of your sheet of mylar. Remember to mark the center of the circle as well so you know exactly where to slice the circle in half. Cut out the traced circle, then lay a straightedge across the circle, intersecting with the mark you made in the middle of the circle. Cut along this line to separate the circle into two equal semi-circles. Crack, peel, and apply, and you've got great, clean-cut mylar protectors for your slingshots!
