To check out or change hard to reach bulbs or coils under the playfield,
attach a nylon type motorcycle strap (hook on each end) to one of the metal
tabs on the front of the playfield (these 2 tabs help seat the playfield.)
Then, especially on SS machines, you can attach the other hook to the air
slots behind the head. This allows you to raise the playfield to any height
you desire, then pull on the adjuster strap to take out slack. This is much
easier than lifting the playfield out of its track to lean it against the
head.
