The Goo Gone gel, which comes in a spray bottle works wonders. Spray on
edges of mylar. Rub over the mylar seams. Let set for a few minutes, rub an
edge with your finger and/or fingernail. Slowly, pull the mylar up with
either hands or pliers. Slowly. continue to spray Goo Gone as mylar is
lifting. Once it is up, continue to spray in small areas to remove remaining
glue, which believe me there will be plenty of. Go to the following site for
