Emergency Housing Repair (EHR)
ASSIST's Emergency Home Repair program provides immediate attention to serious housing conditions that affect the health, safety or well being of low income residents. ASSISTance is available at no cost to homeowners and buyers in most areas of the Salt Lake Valley, and in very limited cases, renters. The EHR program provides repair or replacement for critical housing components. ASSIST does not do cosmetic repair work.
