| 1. | All returns must have a RMA number and malfunction report.
		    Any return without a RMA number and/or malfunction
		    report will be charged $50. | 
| 2. | All under-warranty repairs will, at Acqutek's option,
		    be repaired or exchanged new products. | 
| 3. | All out-of-warranty repairs will, at Acqutek's option,
		    be repaired or exchanged with used (repaired) products. | 
| 4. | All out-of-warranty repairs will be billed at cost of
		    replacement materials plus service time. | 
| 5. | Shipping charges, both ways, either under-warranty or
		    out-of-warranty, are the responsibility of the customer. | 
	
	If your product requires servicing, please contact your dealer or
	representative for a Return Material Authorization (R.M.A.) number.
	This number should be indicated on all paperwork accompanying the
	return product.  If you need to ship your SYSTEM to us for service, be
	sure it is packed in a protective carton.  We recommend that you keep
	the original shipping container for this purpose.
	
	You can help to assure efficient servicing of your product by
	following these guidelines :
	
		| 1. | Call us to obtain an RMA number and write the RMA number
		    on the outside of the carton.  If we receive a return without
		    a RMA number written on the outside of the carton, we have to
		    contact you first to determine the reason for the return.
		    It will slow down the solution of your problem. | 
| 2. | Whenever a RMA is issued, you must return the RMA products
		    within 2 weeks. | 
| 3. | Include your name, address, and a telephone / facsimile
		    number where you may be reached during the day time. | 
| 4. | A description of the system configuration and/or software
		    at the time of malfunction. | 
| 5. | A description of the malfunction symptoms.	if we receive
		    a return without the description of the malfunction
		    symptoms and/or system configuration, we have to contact
		    you first to determine the reason for the return.  it will
		    slow down the solution of your problem. | 
| 6. | When you return a product for servicing, it is not
		    necessory to return the cables, manuals, software and
		    other accessories. | 
| 7. | Most Acqutek CPU cards and Embedded Computers are sold
		    without CPU and memory, when you return CPU cards or
		    Embedded Computers for servicing, we recommend you to
		    send CPU and memory together. |
