PK-55160A : Remote ANSI/VT-100 RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 Terminal

    The PK-55160A is designed to be a remote console or terminal for connecting to other devices such as smart meters, embedded controllers, and personal computers. It has been programmed with a variety of functions that enable it to be used immediately with little or no programming by the user. It may also be used as stand alone controller.

    Its most common uses are:

    • As an additional PC keyboard and display
    • Direct replacement for the PC's keyboard and display
    • As an interface for single-board computers
    • As a terminal or console for multiple stations network

    The PK-55160A uses a 128 x 64 dot (8 x 21 text) liquid crystal display (LCD) module with a high-contrast wide-view LCD panel and EL backlight . The PK-55160A has a 55 key membrane keypad. The Communication interface is RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485.

PX-2285A : Isolated RS-422/RS-485 Communication Card

    The PX-2285A is an optically isolated RS-422 & RS-485 communication interface card. It is 100% RS-232 compatible, so it can run all software designed for RS-232.

    The RS-422 is similar to RS-232 except it is designed to be used in industrial environments. The RS-422 uses differential signals so it can transmit data longer distances with more stability. The RS-485 is similar to RS-422 except it is a multiple access network. It uses the same wires to send and receive data to many stations.

MK-2285 : RS-232 to RS-422/RS-485 Communication Conversion Adaptor

    The MK-2285 is a communication interface conversion adapter. It converts the PC's RS-232 interface to RS-422 or RS-485 interface and can be directly installed in the RS-232 connector.

    The MK-2285 is easy to use and install. It can be installed in Acqutek's PM-i386XC or PM-i486DX CPU card's RS-232 I/F. It can also be installed in any standard RS-232 I/F of an IBM PC and compatible computer system.

XC-2285A : RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 Communication Expansion Board For XU-i088A

    XC-2285A is a RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 communication expansion for timer/counter controller - 8253/8254. The 8253/8254 timer/counter controller can be used as a counter to create accurate time delays. This RS-232/422/485 communication I/F,Timer, and RTC board is for the XU-i088A expansion bus. This links the XU-i088A control-node to the host controller.
