These images are from end of winter and spring in 2009. In April, in lower areas we could see signs of spring, but high mountains were getting more snow until end of the month. I was skiing and snowshoeing until beginning of May.
In high elevations, snow was still present all spring long. I was backpacking at the end of June at White Pine Lake and experienced winter conditions. Lake was stil frozen and covered with snow. I included here some images from that trip.
