ST. LUCIUS and ST. CAPELLA:  Medium-sized cities, each is home to several 4-star wineries, large fishing & trade fleets, significant cathedrals and a scattering of smaller universities and academies.  St. Lucius boasts the Seminary of St. Mark, which produces the finest clerics and paladins.  It is governed by a Hierophant named Don Raedellius.
