A small port city with a huge fishing fleet, it is the primary trade port with Florenta. Also the home to the Cathedral of San Maria, where a trick of the light through a cracked window casts the shadow of the Blessed Virgin on a wall inside. Considered a holy place, it is a source of pilgrimage to all Castillians.
Castillians ALSO consider Hax to be the Holy City, and acknowledge St. Cuthbert as being the mortal founder of the church (who has risen to sainthood), though they see his mother as the actual deity.
