A seaside castle city with the largest war fleet in the empire.  The fleet was initially established as a defense against Castillian aggression, but once a true peace was established the fleet remained to protect trade ships to Thippus & Thessalya, and defend against incursions by Nessia.  It is a beautiful city which descends to the sea in levels.  It is the primary naval port, and a major trade port with the Alliance and Castille.
